Hamptons Staging Services
Farrin Cary Design provides partial and full staging project services. With a warehouse of furniture, artwork, accessories and a continual re-investment in new inventory we are able to quickly furnish large homes. We intend to illustrate homes with an approachable, yet fresh, elegance that will be interpreted as a great place to entertain!
If the project warrants a deeper dive, we have over 10 years of interior design experience from new construction all the way down to the last teaspoon in the drawer. All of our staging packages include beautiful furniture, art, rugs, and decor. Our team takes care of the design, set-up, and removal with 60-day staging terms that can be renewed on a monthly basis.
Staging Packages
Basic Home Staging: Foyer, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen & Powder Room.
Deluxe Home Staging: Includes all of the areas in the Basic package, with the addition of the Master Bed & Bath.
Add-Ons: Additional areas may be added to any package. Add-on areas include Patios, Game Rooms, Media Rooms, Secondary Bedrooms, etc.
General Process
Quote the project
Once our quote has been accepted and our contract signed we work with the client to select a staging date.
Staging Day – Staging generally takes one - two full days.
When an extension to the original term is needed, we reach out via email to collect payment and extend the term of the staging on a month-to-month basis.
Once a home is under contract and past all contingencies, we work with the client to choose a destaging (move-out) date that works best.
